Responsibilities:

  • Generating a pool of passive candidates
  • Maintaining recruiting files, documentation, and communication with candidates
  • Maintaining the recruiting database
  • Apply sourcing tools and techniques to identify and attract candidates. 
  • Schedule interviews with managers for each open position
  • Meet and greet candidates during onsite interviews
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to find recruiting efficiencies and improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ year of full cycle recruiting experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and an ability to complete tasks quickly and with accuracy
  • Personable and able to keep a positive attitude under stressful and shifting circumstances
  • Strong reputation for solving in the moment problems in a professional, friendly demeanor with a can- do attitude.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Net/C#, React/Angular
  • SQL
  • Demonstrates effective problem-solving skills
  • Experience in Front-End development utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Experience with RESTful services and JSON
  • Experience with Git
  • Ability to write clean, self-documented code
  • Troubleshoot problems with applications and services

Responsibilities:

  • Generate warm leads through emails and social media. No cold calling.
  • Research different social networks, groups, forums and other sources to identify points of interests of our target audience
  • Maintain and expand your database of potential clients
  • Help plan and perform email and social media outreach campaigns
  • Identify new sales opportunities
  • Participate actively in team meetings, generate ideas, take initiative and responsibility
  • Work within our CRM to run a data-driven sales engine. We’ll tell you how 😉
  • Understand who our ideal clients are, their needs and requirements
  • Develop and guide relationships with prospects in order to create mutually beneficial opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Strong communication skills.
