Junior/Middle Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau
• Manage and work with data stored in Microsoft SQL Server and NoSQL databases
• Effectively collaborate with the development and executive teams to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights
• Extract, clean, and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for enhancement
• Write and optimize SQL queries to effectively support data extraction and reporting processes
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency throughout all reports and dashboards
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise mannerEffectively present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Proactively identify areas for process improvement and develop and implement solutions

Qualifications:

• Over 1 year of experience in data analysis, with a strong focus on dashboard creation and data visualization
• Proficient in Tableau and highly experienced in creating complex, interactive dashboards
• Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and NoSQL databases
• SQL coding experience is considered highly beneficial
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively present data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive individual with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Collaborative mindset and ability to collaborate efficiently in a team environment
