The client is a psychological diagnostics company that helps specialists select candidates for critical roles in management, security e.t.c. Qualified psychologists conduct psychological interviews, analyze CVs, and deliver the final conclusions to clients. The company approached Aionys for an AI platform and automation of the interview and candidate assessment process.
Manual processing took hours or even days. During this time, suitable candidates received offers from competitors, while hiring costs increased due to the high cost of psychologists’ time.
Evaluations depended heavily on the individual specialist’s interpretation. Testing provided clear insights, but personal interpretation carried too much weight. Charismatic candidates received unfair advantages not tied to actual skills. Result: inconsistent outcomes and reduced employer trust.
Although interview notes were technically stored, data was scattered across personal folders of different specialists. Candidate profiles were often lost, and there was no shared and secured database for re-analysis or statistics.
Working with external tools (Zoom, email, notes) increased the risk of data leaks and failed to meet corporate security standards.
We developed a platform that connects to live interviews and transforms important candidate data into structured reports for psychologists.
The platform captures video, speech, and intonation in real time, automatically distinguishing between psychologist and candidate.
AI compares the candidate’s profile with a role model, highlighting alignment, discrepancies, and potential hidden risks before a decision is made.
Immediately after the session, the system generates a report outlining candidate strengths, weaknesses, risks, and recommended next steps. Reports are saved in specialist-friendly formats (PDF/JSON) and can be exported into the company’s applicant tracking system.
Each interview is stored in a secure database: recordings, transcripts, and reports remain accessible for re-analysis. Psychologists can revisit candidate profiles and compare them across cases.
