The Real Estate sphere dictates special requirements for information technology developers.
This is due to its many participants and complex business processes. Real estate companies face the need to manage a huge amount of data, ensure information security, communicate effectively with clients, and optimize business processes. They expect effective and non-standard solutions from development companies that will help improve interaction with clients and increase competitiveness in the market.
As part of the client's startup, our company was invited to develop a website and a mobile application to collect data from utility meters and enable residents to pay their bills.

The main objective of the project was to create a "smart home" platform where meter data was automatically collected and analyzed, which made it possible to ensure effective management of utility resources. An important feature of the application was the ability to pay bills by residents, which ensured convenience and timely payment.
Additionally, we developed a chat function in the application that allowed residents to interact with each other and exchange information within their house. We also suggested improving the functionality of the application, including the possibility of integration with video cameras at the entrance, which would provide an additional level of security for residents.
A critically important aspect was ensuring the security and protection of residents' data. Therefore, we used the two-factor authentication method, so that only authorized users could have access to devices and data.
Since new residents’ lively interest was expected, we paid special attention to the system's ability to scale in the future, so that it could easily support an increase in the number of users and the amount of data.

Like many companies at the initial stages of development, our client faced uncertainty and a lack of understanding about how their product might be accepted on the market. They were looking for solutions that would maximize value and stay within the allocated budget for the project.
The client already had their staff, but they needed an additional development team with the necessary expertise to create a product from scratch, taking into account the efficient use of resources.
At the first meeting with the client, we tried to understand their tasks and goals as best as possible and offered a flexible model of cooperation, which we adapted to their needs. We were sure that the capabilities of our team would allow us to use effectively all the resources and implement the project from scratch.

It is always important for Aionys to give a client the optimal solution and help in achieving project goals. However, the quality of work is always a priority for us. Therefore, we got together a team that was flexible in the number of participants, which corresponded to the client's budget, especially regarding the fact that this is a startup, and the budget was an important factor. Despite financial constraints, the developers had a high level of expertise, which allowed us to ensure high-quality work and quickly adapt to current needs.

To develop the Front-End part of the application, we used React; Back-End – Node.js. For the mobile version of the app, we used React Native. This made it possible to significantly speed up the process of developing and testing the application and reduce the overall costs of the project.
In this project, we used the Scrum methodology to manage the workflow. The requirements for the project were formed by a client's PM, but they were always discussed, and we could make our adjustments. Since we worked closely with the client, it was important to ensure transparency and understanding of the work process for both our team and the client. The work was carried out in sprints with 2-week development cycles. At the beginning of each sprint, tasks were defined and distributed among the team members. Each sprint ended with a review showing the progress and results of the work done.
The role of Aionys was to provide their technical expertise in the development of web-based mobile applications and their experience in the field of Real Estate. As a result, our client received the application for utilities and residents, and we improved our skills in creating solutions for "smart home" projects.

Aionys has created a website and a mobile application for the Digital M.O.B. client to collect data from utility meters and enable residents to pay their bills. This project was aimed at creating a "smart home" functionality to ensure effective management of municipal resources. In addition, a chat feature was included, which allowed residents to interact with each other and exchange information within a house, with the possibility of integrating with video cameras in the building of a residential complex.
Due to the cooperation with Aionys, the Digital M.O.B. client managed to achieve the following results:
- A convenient and multifunctional web-mobile application has been developed that allows residents to collect data from utility meters and pay bills.
- The ability to integrate the application with data collection devices, such as utility meters and video cameras at the entrance, provided automatic data collection and improved security.
- A chat feature within the app allowed residents to interact with each other and exchange information within a house.
- Digital M.O.B. minimized its operating costs and was able to use resources more efficiently.
